PREMIUM SERVICE INC

is looking for a Carrier Sales Support to join our team. The Carrier Sales Support representative helps the brokerage find, vet, and book qualified trucks for customer freight. You will post loads, call and email carriers, gather rate information, and complete carrier setup so our US based team can book freight quickly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Post available loads on load boards and respond to inbound carrier calls, emails, and messages
Make outbound calls and emails to carriers in our network to source capacity for open loads
Collect carrier rate quotes and pass them to the Carrier Sales Manager or US broker for approval
Complete carrier onboarding and vetting through Highway, including authority, insurance, and safety checks
Send rate confirmations and confirm signed paperwork is received before dispatch
Enter and update load, carrier, and rate details accurately in the TMS (Rose Rocket)
Build and maintain lane history and preferred carrier lists for recurring customer freight
Flag any carrier that raises fraud or compliance concerns immediately, following COL vetting SOPs
Required Qualifications
One or more years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or a call center environment
Strong spoken and written English; comfortable on the phone with US truck drivers and dispatchers
Basic understanding of US trucking: equipment types (flatbed, van, reefer), MC and DOT numbers, load boards
Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and learning new software quickly
Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle several loads at once
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DAT, Truckstop, Highway, or a TMS such as Rose Rocket
Familiarity with flatbed freight, tarping, and securement requirements
How Success Is Measured
Carrier calls and emails completed per shift
Loads covered or quotes delivered within the target time
Carrier setup accuracy and compliance with vetting SOPs
TMS data accuracy
Tools You Will Use
Rose Rocket (TMS), Highway (carrier vetting), MacroPoint (load tracking), HubSpot (CRM), DAT and Truckstop load boards, email, phone, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
