is looking for talented, motivated, and high-performing Load Builder to join our team. To perform Load Builder tasks as directed and ensure that processes and policies are observed, maintained, and improved. Communicate with all levels across the business operations to ensure delivery of the target objectives.

WHAT DO WE PREFER

Person with strong written and verbal communication skills in English language

Comfortable with working Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00h (US working hours)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with developed sense of responsibility

Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients

Applicants should possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a relevant industry

Among other things, Accounting Specialist will also do:

Receiving rate confirmations from the CSR’s and Load Planners and work on building the orders

Communicate with Billing, FM’s, fleet assistants Load bookers and brokers on daily basis for and changes and additional corrections

Work on TONU’s orders, assigning drivers and once done, send the orders to Bol’s so they could get billed out and processed on driver’s paychecks

Working in accordance with the directions and instructions given by the load bookers, fleet managers and fleet assistants

Controlling the accounts on daily basis for our clients’ companies
