PREMIUM SERVICE INC

is looking for a Driver Recruiter with strong phone skills to join our trucking company. In this role, you make cold calls and utilize search engines to locate potential drivers and inform them of the exceptional benefits we have to offer our drivers. You will also pre-screen these applicants to ensure they meet DOT and company standards before scheduling their orientation and road tests. Our ideal candidate is also comfortable using social media platforms in their recruiting efforts.

WHAT DO WE PREFER

Person with strong written and verbal communication skills in English language, Spanish is a plus

Comfortable with working Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00h (US working hours)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with developed sense of responsibility

Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with drivers

Sales or recruiting experience

Trucking or transportation experience is a plus

Among other things, Driver Recruiter will also do:

Locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards

Pre-screen potential applicants

Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer

Schedule driver orientations and road tests

Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads

Develop and oversee recruiting or referral programs
