Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a strong background in fleet maintenance and night operations? Premium Service Inc. is seeking a dedicated Night Operations – Maintenance Specialist to support our team during the overnight shift and ensure our fleet and operations run smoothly without interruptions.

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday – Friday | Night Shift: 23:00 – 06:00 (Midnight Shift | US Hours)

Role Overview:

As a Night Ops – Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing all maintenance-related activities during night hours. You’ll act as a critical point of contact between drivers, shops, and internal teams, ensuring any mechanical or operational issues are addressed efficiently and with minimal downtime.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Monitoring vehicle maintenance statuses and handling after-hours service requests

Coordinating emergency repairs and roadside assistance when needed

Communicating with drivers, vendors, and service shops

Verifying driver hours and vehicle mileage to plan maintenance without affecting delivery timelines

Updating internal systems and spreadsheets with real-time maintenance and fleet data

Ensuring all maintenance policies and procedures are followed during night operations

Providing updates on ETAs and driver/fleet availability

Assisting in dispatch operations if required

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Professional and solution-oriented mindset

Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance, dispatching, or transportation operations

Comfortable working permanently on a night schedule (23:00 – 06:00)
