Role Overview:

Premium Service Inc. is seeking a Operations Maintenance Specialist to support fleet maintenance and operational activities for US-based trucking companies. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and coordinating with drivers, vendors, and repair facilities to ensure efficient fleet operations and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring vehicle maintenance statuses and handling after-hours service requests

Coordinating emergency repairs and roadside assistance when needed

Communicating with drivers, vendors, and service shops

Verifying driver hours and vehicle mileage to plan maintenance without affecting delivery timelines

Prioritize urgent issues and respond efficiently to operational needs

Updating internal systems and spreadsheets with real-time maintenance and fleet datа

Ensuring all maintenance policies and procedures are followed during night operation

Providing updates on ETAs and driver/fleet availability

Assisting in dispatch operations if required

Qualifications Required:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

High attention to detail

Preferred:

Experience in dispatch, maintenance coordination, facilities management, customer support, or operations

Experience working with CRM systems or service management platforms

Previous experience supporting US-based customers
