Premium Service Inc. is seeking a talented, motivated, and high-performing Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle key accounting tasks, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to achieve and exceed our goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Fluent English Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.

Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00 (US working hours).

Experience with QuickBooks: Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a developed sense of responsibility.

Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.

Professional Background: At least two (2) years of trucking industry experience.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of monthly book closures for multiple companies.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets.

Create accurate end-of-month financial reports and consolidated statements if needed.

Manage account categorization and adjustments, including long-term debt and depreciation schedules.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
